Over the past few years, we’ve been entering our wines in national and international wine competitions. Each wine page has up-to-date competition results. We have also compiled all the results and have medals listed for our current vintages as well as a medals won with our past vintages.

No Way, It’s Noiret! Stuart Pigott Blog Post: Kris and Spencer were in NYC promoting the NY Drinks NY Wines program which is supported by the New York Wine and Grape Foundation. The goal of the program is to make NYC wine drinkers aware of the great quality of wine found within the state. Here’s a blog post written about the event as well as a mention for Ella.
Observer Newspaper Article: With cold temperatures, comes ice wine. Every winter, farmers and winery workers bundle up and work in extremely chilly temperatures to harvest ice wine grapes. Interested in learning more about this type of wine and the harvest method?
Observer Newspaper Article: Did you know that the cold temperatures have hurt the vineyards in Chautauqua County? Senator Charles Schumer held a press conference at the winery in February to address the problem that all farmers and wineries will be facing coming fall and harvest time. Wine Data Sheets – COMING SOON!
Each vintage of wine produced at 21 Brix Winery has a Wine Data Sheet which outlines important information about the grapes, the winemaking process as well as how many cases were produced. Wine data sheets are included for each winery and will be listed next to each wine under the ‘Wines’ heading.
The wines in each Shelf Talker file are organized just like on the ‘Wines’ page of the site. For example, the Cabernet Sauvignon is included in the Dry Reds, Sweet Riesling is under the Dry, Semi Dry and Sweet Whites, Ella’s Red is included in the House Wines file and Raspberry is in the Speciality Shelf Talkers. If you would like to receive shelf talkers from the winery, please call. We can send them via snail mail within 1 – 2 business days.
