Spiced Cherry Wine

Make with 21 Brix Winery Cherry Wine


1 750ml bottle of Cherry Wine

1/2 c sugar

8 whole cloves

4 4″ cinnamon sticks


  • Bring wine, sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves to a boil in a four-quart saucepan.
  • Let simmer for ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Discard cloves and remove cinnamon sticks.
  • Ladle wine into four glasses and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
  • Serve hot!
