There are a few things we want to make sure you’re aware of with your online purchase:
– If you are a Loyalty Club member, please include that in the ‘Order Notes’ section so we can add the points you earned onto your Loyalty Card.
– We ship via UPS ground and will provide a tracking number via e-mail once the package has been entered into UPS. Please plan on delivery taking 5 business days, although many east coast locations will see a faster delivery.
– Since all of our wine is alcoholic, you must be 21 years of age or older to make the purchase. UPS is also required to ask for an adult signature upon delivery too so please plan accordingly and make sure someone can sign for the wine package.
– We can ship to residential or commercial addresses, just no PO boxes.
– We are able to ship wine to residents in the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington, DC.
– To ensure maximum quality of wine deliveries, shipments may be temporarily held during periods of high or low temperatures. However, we will notify you to make sure that the adjusted timeframe works for you.
