4 ounces softened cream cheese
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3-3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup 21 Brix Marquis
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and then add powdered sugar one cup at a time until smooth.
- Add wine and mix well. If frosting needs to be thinned, add more wine; add more sugar to thicken frosting.
Yield: enough to frost approximately 30 cookies
