21 Brix Winery’s one year anniversary is Saturday, September 8th, and we have 5 new wines to celebrate it with! Now available are 4 new dry reds and a 2011 Vidal Ice Wine. Our dry reds are all 2011 vintage and include Blaufrankisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Pinot Noir.
2011 Vidal Ice Wine: Sweet and fruity with a snappy, citrusy finish. 18% residual sugar.
2011 Blaufrankisch: A unique variety grown in our vineyards since the late 80’s; exhibits fresh floral aromas with undertones of rosemary and citrus. 0% residual sugar.
2011 Cabernet Sauvignon: Dried cranberry and plum aromas; flavors of cherry and a hint of cocoa. 0% residual sugar.
2011 Pinot Noir: Blackberry and cherry aromas flollowed by flavors of coconut, allspice and fresh oak. 0% residual sugar.
2011 Syrah: Fresh cracked black pepper, hints of herbs and oaky earthiness, with a pleasant lingering flavor. 0% residual sugar.
